  1. Monitor and analyze security events and incidents in real-time to identify potential risks to the company's assets.
  2. Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents, working with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks and minimize impact.
  3. Conduct threat analysis and proactively identify potential vulnerabilities in the company's systems and networks.
  4. Collaborate with other members of the CSOC team to develop and implement security procedures and protocols.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest threats and security trends, and provide recommendations for improving the company's security posture.
  6. Conduct regular security assessments and tests to identify weaknesses and make recommendations for remediation.
  7. Work closely with other departments to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
  8. Investigate and document security incidents, including root cause analysis and recommendations for preventing future incidents.
  9. Provide timely and accurate reporting on security incidents and trends to management.
  10. Mentor and train junior members of the CSOC team to enhance their technical skills and security awareness.
  11. Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for security incidents.
  12. Collaborate with external security teams and vendors to ensure the company's security posture is aligned with industry best practices.
  13. Maintain and update security documentation and standard operating procedures.
  14. Conduct security awareness training for employees to promote a culture of security.
  15. Continuously evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance the company's security capabilities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Information Security, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Cyber Security Operations Center Or Incident Response Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Network And System Security Principles, Protocols, And Technologies.

  • Experience With Siem And Other Security Tools Such As Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems, Firewalls, And Endpoint Protection.

  • Professional Certifications Such As Cissp, Giac, Or Cism Are Preferred.
