  1. Collaborate with team members to plan and execute world-class executive experiences that align with Capital One's values and goals.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executives and cross-functional teams, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of executive experiences.
  3. Conduct research and gather insights to inform the development of innovative and impactful executive experiences.
  4. Assist in the creation and management of budgets for executive experiences, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  5. Act as a liaison between the Executive Experience team and other departments within Capital One to ensure alignment and coordination.
  6. Communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of the organization, including executives, to provide updates and gather feedback on executive experiences.
  7. Manage logistics and details for executive experiences, including travel arrangements, accommodations, and event planning.
  8. Continuously evaluate and improve upon the effectiveness and impact of executive experiences, incorporating feedback and making necessary adjustments.
  9. Act as a role model for the Capital One culture, promoting collaboration, innovation, and excellence in all aspects of the role.
  10. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices for executive experiences, implementing new ideas and strategies as appropriate.
  11. Mentor and support junior team members to foster their growth and development within the organization.
  12. Embody and promote Capital One's mission to change banking for good in all interactions and experiences.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Make Data-Driven Decisions.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business Administration, Marketing, Or Finance.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Corporate Environment, Preferably In A Leadership Role.
