We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Associate to join our Product Management team, specifically focusing on our Premium Products & Experiences in the luxury travel industry. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape and enhance our portfolio of premium products and experiences, while working alongside a dynamic and collaborative team.   1. Develop and manage a portfolio of premium products and experiences in the luxury travel industry.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and industry trends.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement product strategies and roadmap.
  4. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure effective product positioning and messaging.
  5. Monitor and analyze product performance, and make recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
  6. Lead the development and launch of new product offerings, including conducting product testing and gathering customer feedback.
  7. Manage relationships with external partners and vendors, including negotiating contracts and agreements.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and competitor offerings to inform product development and enhancements.
  9. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
  10. Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, fostering their growth and development.
  11. Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives.
  12. Continuously seek out opportunities for innovation and improvement within the premium products and experiences portfolio.
  13. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our premium products and strengthen relationships with partners.
  14. Act as a brand ambassador for Capital One, embodying our mission and values in all interactions.
  15. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture, promoting a sense of ownership and accountability for overall team success.

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Product Management Within The Travel Industry, With A Focus On Luxury Or Premium Products And Experiences.

  • Strong Understanding Of Market Trends And Customer Needs In The Luxury Travel Sector, With A Proven Track Record Of Developing Successful Product Strategies.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Deliver Products Within Designated Timelines.

  • Experience Working With Data And Analytics To Drive Product Decisions, With A Strong Understanding Of Key Metrics And Kpis.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Product Vision And Strategy To Stakeholders At All Levels.
