  1. Design and develop innovative solutions for the Workday Financials platform at Capital One.
  2. Maintain and enhance the existing Workday Financials platform to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop technical solutions that align with business objectives.
  4. Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the quality and functionality of the Workday platform.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Workday Financials and apply them to improve the platform.
  6. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers to help them grow and improve their skills.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to the Workday Financials platform.
  8. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.
  9. Ensure compliance with security and data privacy regulations in all aspects of the Workday Financials platform.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience With Workday Financials: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Working With Workday Financials, With A Strong Understanding Of Its Functionality And Configuration Capabilities.

  • Strong Technical Skills: A Senior Platform Engineer Should Possess Advanced Technical Skills In Areas Such As Java, Sql, Xml, And Web Services. They Should Also Have A Deep Understanding Of System Integrations And Data Migration.

  • Workday Certifications: The Candidate Should Hold Relevant Workday Certifications, Such As Workday Financials Core Or Advanced Compensation, Demonstrating Their Expertise And Knowledge In The Platform.

  • Project Management Experience: As A Senior Member Of The Team, The Candidate Should Have Experience Leading And Managing Complex Projects, Including Project Planning, Resource Allocation, And Stakeholder Management.
