- Design and implement identity and access management solutions for Capital One using Sailpoint technologies.
- Maintain and enhance existing Sailpoint infrastructure, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to optimize performance and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Sailpoint, providing guidance and support to junior team members and other departments within the organization.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in identity and access management, incorporating new technologies and techniques into Capital One's systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Sailpoint, utilizing strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, processes, and procedures.
- Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical issues.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to provide updates, gather feedback, and make recommendations for improvements.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to streamline and optimize Sailpoint operations.
- Train and mentor junior team members on Sailpoint technologies and best practices.

Extensive Experience With Sailpoint Identityiq: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Sailpoint Identityiq, Including Configuration, Customization, And Administration. They Should Also Have Experience Implementing Identity Governance Solutions Using Sailpoint.
Strong Technical Skills: A Senior Sailpoint Engineer Should Have A Strong Technical Background, Including Experience With Java, J2Ee, Restful Web Services, And Databases. They Should Also Have Experience With Scripting Languages Such As Powershell Or Python.
Project Management Experience: This Position Will Involve Managing And Leading Sailpoint Implementation Projects. The Candidate Should Have Experience In Project Management Methodologies And Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
Knowledge Of Identity And Access Management (Iam) Best Practices: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Iam Concepts And Best Practices, Including Access Control, Authentication, Authorization, And Identity Lifecycle Management.
