  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  3. Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality and scalable software solutions.
  4. Continuously research and evaluate new technologies and tools to improve our processes and systems.
  5. Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
  6. Mentor and guide junior engineers to promote a culture of learning and growth within the team.
  7. Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration and compatibility of different systems and applications.
  8. Develop and maintain documentation for code, processes, and systems for future reference.
  9. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure our software solutions are cutting-edge and competitive.
  10. Take ownership of projects and tasks, from planning to implementation and maintenance, to ensure successful delivery.
  11. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and management to provide project updates and resolve any issues or concerns.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience With Salesforce Development: A Senior Software Engineer, Back End At Capital One Should Have A Deep Understanding And Extensive Experience With Salesforce Development, Including Knowledge Of Apex, Visualforce, And Lightning Components.

  • Strong Understanding Of Software Development Principles And Best Practices: The Candidate Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Software Development Principles And Best Practices, Including Object-Oriented Programming, Design Patterns, And Code Optimization.

  • Proficiency In Database Management And Data Modeling: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Database Management And Data Modeling Principles, With Experience In Designing And Optimizing Database Schemas For Complex Applications.

  • Experience With Agile Methodologies: Capital One Values Agile Methodologies, And The Candidate Should Have Experience Working In An Agile Development Environment, With A Strong Understanding Of Scrum And Kanban Principles.
