  1. Collaborate with team members to design, develop, and maintain complex Salesforce applications that align with business objectives.
  2. Utilize your expertise in Salesforce to enhance and optimize existing applications and systems.
  3. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in order to continuously improve our Salesforce applications.
  4. Communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, business analysts, and other software engineers.
  5. Develop and maintain technical documentation for all Salesforce applications and systems.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal impact on business operations.
  7. Act as a subject matter expert for Salesforce, providing guidance and support to other team members.
  8. Mentor and coach junior engineers, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  9. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and quality in Salesforce development.
  10. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  11. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high quality and consistency in codebase.
  12. Keep track of and meet project timelines and deliverables.
  13. Stay current with industry trends and developments related to Salesforce and suggest strategies for adoption and implementation.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Developing And Implementing Salesforce Solutions, With A Strong Understanding Of The Platform's Capabilities And Best Practices.

  • Proficiency In Apex, Visualforce, And Lightning Component Development, As Well As Experience With Other Programming Languages Such As Java Or Javascript.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Delivering Large-Scale Salesforce Projects From Design To Deployment, With A Focus On Scalability, Maintainability, And Performance.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Salesforce Integrations And Data Migration Strategies, Including Experience With Tools Such As Mulesoft Or Informatica.

  • Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders To Understand Business Requirements And Translate Them Into Technical Solutions.
