  1. Design and develop high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform, utilizing your strong technical background and expertise.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement new features or enhancements.
  3. Ensure the stability and scalability of the Salesforce platform by conducting regular maintenance and troubleshooting issues.
  4. Proactively identify and address potential challenges or roadblocks in the development process.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and best practices, and incorporate them into the development process.
  6. Create and maintain technical documentation for the Salesforce platform.
  7. Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers on the team.
  8. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.
  9. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  10. Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of the Salesforce platform.
  11. Collaborate with other teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications.
  12. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or bugs reported by end-users.
  13. Adhere to coding standards and best practices to ensure consistency and maintainability of the codebase.
  14. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to project stakeholders in a timely and transparent manner.
  15. Keep abreast of new technologies and tools in the Salesforce ecosystem and propose their adoption where applicable.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience With Salesforce: A Senior Software Engineer At Capital One Should Have A Deep Understanding And Extensive Experience With Salesforce, Including Customization, Configuration, And Integration.

  • Strong Technical Skills: A Successful Candidate Should Possess Strong Technical Skills In Programming Languages Such As Apex, Java, Or Visualforce, As Well As Proficiency In Web Technologies Such As Html, Css, And Javascript.

  • Project Management Experience: A Senior Software Engineer Should Have Experience Leading And Managing Complex Projects, Including Planning, Execution, And Delivery. They Should Also Have Experience Coordinating With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
