- Develop and execute interest rate derivatives strategies to achieve business objectives and drive growth in the portfolio.
- Manage the interest rate derivatives portfolio, including hedging, trading, and risk management.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, economic indicators, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
- Collaborate with senior management to set targets and develop business plans for the derivatives portfolio.
- Lead a team of derivatives specialists and provide guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure their professional development.

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums to promote our derivatives capabilities.

Extensive Knowledge Of Interest Rate Derivatives: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of The Interest Rate Derivatives Market, Including Different Products Such As Swaps, Options, And Futures.
Strong Analytical Skills: As A Vice President, Interest Rate Derivatives, The Candidate Must Have Exceptional Analytical Skills To Identify Market Trends, Assess Risk, And Make Informed Decisions For The Company's Portfolio.
Experience In Trading And Risk Management: A Successful Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Trading And Risk Management Of Interest Rate Derivatives, Preferably In A Financial Institution.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills: This Role Involves Managing A Team Of Traders And Analysts, As Well As Collaborating With Other Departments. Therefore, The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills To Effectively Delegate Tasks, Provide Guidance, And Build Relationships With Stakeholders.
