If you feel you have what it takes and are up for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you.Required Qualifications:• High school diploma or equivalent • At least 2 years of automotive painting experience • Ability to use a variety of painting tools and equipment • Knowledge of automotive painting techniques and processes • Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 75 pounds • Proficiency in written and verbal communication

Responsibilities: • Prepare vehicles for painting by disassembling, sanding, and taping where necessary • Apply primer, basecoat, and clear coat according to Carvana’s standards • Inspect vehicles after painting to ensure quality of work • Ensure that all painting equipment and tools are properly maintained and stored • Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment when necessary • Maintain a clean and organized workstation • Follow Carvana’s quality assurance guidelines • Ensure that all painted surfaces are free of dirt, dust, and debris • Repair any defects in the paintwork as needed • Maintain records of all work performed and materials used
