Automotive Painter

We are looking for an experienced Automotive Painter to join Carvana's team and help us deliver an exceptional customer experience. Our ideal candidate should be passionate about cars and have an eye for detail. You will be responsible for prepping and painting vehicles to meet customer expectations and Carvana's high standards.To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in painting vehicles and a keen eye for quality. You should also be a team player who is reliable, organized, and detail-oriented. If you’re familiar with automotive detailing, that is a definite plus. Responsibilities:

-Prep vehicles for paint according to Carvana standards

-Spray and finish paint in accordance with customer expectations -Inspect painted surfaces for any imperfections and make necessary repairs -Follow safety protocols and use of protective equipment -Adhere to departmental deadlines and production goals -Maintain an organized and tidy work area -Ensure that the highest quality standards are met -Work with the detailing team to ensure that vehicles are properly prepped and ready for paint -Perform minor body repairs as needed -Keep up with industry trends and technologies -Mentor and train other painters as needed
