Responsibilities:

  1. Provide high-quality customer service and support, responding to inquiries and resolving customer issues.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensure excellent customer experience.
  3. Utilize problem-solving skills to identify and address customer needs.
  4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  5. Remain up-to-date on automotive industry best practices and trends.
  6. Follow established procedures and standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
  7. Provide a professional, friendly, and courteous attitude to all customers.
  8. Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  9. Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  10. Monitor customer service metrics and suggest improvements.
