
Customer Service Delivery Advocate
We are looking for an outgoing and customer-focused individual to join the Carvana team as a Customer Service Delivery Advocate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional experience to our customers. You will ensure that our customers receive a seamless delivery experience from start to finish.The ideal candidate will be friendly, organized, and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. You should be able to think on your feet and handle challenging situations with poise and patience.To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, as well as a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service. You should also have the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and customer-focused attitude when interacting with customers.
- Provide a seamless delivery experience for customers from start to finish.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Understand and adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Utilize problem-solving and critical thinking skills to resolve customer issues.
- Multitask and prioritize in order to meet deadlines and customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records and document customer conversations.
- Keep up to date on all products and services in order to answer customer questions accurately.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on deliveries.
