Logistics Coordinator

We’re looking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator who will be responsible for the efficient coordination of our vehicle logistics operations. The ideal candidate should have a passion for organization and an eye for detail, with the ability to think quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The Logistics Coordinator will be a key member of the Carvana team, ensuring our customers receive the vehicles they’ve purchased in a timely manner.To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of two years' experience in a logistics-related role, with a comprehensive understanding of the supply chain and the processes involved. You should also have excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to prioritize work, and outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and coordinate the daily logistics operations of vehicle transport.
2. Ensure timely delivery of vehicles to customers.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with third-party logistics providers.
4. Analyze data related to supply chain performance and identify areas of improvement.
5. Develop and implement effective strategies for improving the efficiency of logistics operations.
6. Monitor and report on transportation costs to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
7. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
8. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
9. Prepare and submit reports on logistics operations.
10. Work closely with other departments to ensure that customer requirements are met.
