As a Market Operations Team Lead, you’ll be responsible for leading a team of operations professionals, developing and implementing strategies to increase customer satisfaction, and ensuring that our processes are efficient and effective.The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field, as well as 5+ years of experience in operations and/or customer service.
