Title and Registration Specialist

Carvana is seeking an experienced and motivated Title and Registration Specialist to join our Title and Registration team. To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of two years of experience in title and registration, a thorough understanding of DMV regulations, and a high school diploma. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a valid driver’s license are also required.

Responsibilities:

• Process title and registration paperwork for vehicles with accuracy and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations • Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with customers • Maintain records and files for titles and registrations • Research and respond to customer inquiries related to title and registration • Handle title and registration document corrections • Ensure all documents are properly filled out and submitted • Verify accuracy of information on the documents • Assist in resolving title and registration issues • Monitor and keep up to date on changing DMV regulations • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
