Vehicle Purchasing Specialist

We’re looking for an experienced Vehicle Purchasing Specialist to join our Carvana team! As a Vehicle Purchasing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for finding and purchasing vehicles from all over the country for our online car-buying customers. This is a great opportunity to hone your skills in negotiating, researching, and problem solving.To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have excellent communication skills and an eye for detail. A background in automotive sales, procurement, or inventory management is preferred. Responsibilities:

1. Source and purchase vehicles from all over the country for customers of Carvana.
2. Negotiate prices with vendors.
3. Research and analyze market trends to identify the best vehicle choices for customers.
4. Utilize problem-solving skills to ensure a seamless car-buying experience.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors.
6. Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal supply.
7. Maintain detailed records of all vehicle purchases.
8. Follow all relevant safety and compliance regulations.
9. Provide customer service to customers.
10. Have a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
