Job Description

Are you an experienced Warranty Administrator looking to join a fast-paced and dynamic team? Carvana is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing warranty plans and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. The ideal candidate is organized, customer service-oriented, and passionate about helping customers.To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure that customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction with warranty plans.
  2. Monitor warranty regulations and procedures and ensure compliance.
  3. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Process warranty claims and provide timely feedback to customers.
  5. Manage and maintain accurate records of all warranty documents.
  6. Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
  7. Develop, implement, and maintain best practices for warranty administration.
  8. Identify areas of improvement and suggest solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in warranty regulations.
  10. Provide feedback and recommendations to management regarding warranty policies and procedures.
