Responsibilities:
- Ensure that customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction with warranty plans.
- Monitor warranty regulations and procedures and ensure compliance.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Process warranty claims and provide timely feedback to customers.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of all warranty documents.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
- Develop, implement, and maintain best practices for warranty administration.
- Identify areas of improvement and suggest solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in warranty regulations.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to management regarding warranty policies and procedures.
