IT Service Delivery Manager - SAP

Catalent is looking for an experienced and strategic IT Service Delivery Manager - SAP to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for the overall delivery of IT service and support to our internal stakeholders, with a focus on SAP. You'll ensure that the service meets the needs of the business, meets its service level objectives, and is cost-effective.We’re looking for an individual with a knack for problem solving and a strong customer service focus. You must have experience managing complex IT projects and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business. To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in computer science or a related field, plus at least 5 years of experience in an IT service delivery role. 1. Manage the overall delivery of IT service and support to internal stakeholders, with a focus on SAP.
2. Ensure that the service meets the needs of the business, meets its service level objectives, and is cost-effective.

5. Monitor IT service delivery performance and provide guidance and advice on improvements.
6. Develop and implement IT service delivery plans and strategies.
7. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
8. Ensure that all IT service delivery processes and procedures are documented and up to date.
9. Supervise IT service delivery personnel and manage performance.
10. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of SAP and other relevant technologies.
