  1. Assist in managing a diverse portfolio of properties, ensuring they are operating efficiently and effectively.
  2. Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of properties, including responding to tenant inquiries and concerns.
  3. Monitor property budgets and expenses to ensure financial goals are met.
  4. Collaborate with leasing teams to attract and retain tenants, and negotiate lease agreements.
  5. Conduct regular property inspections and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  6. Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  7. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial reports for properties.
  8. Stay up-to-date on local real estate market trends and make recommendations for property improvements or changes.
  9. Manage and coordinate property renovations, repairs, and maintenance projects.
  10. Ensure properties are in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and codes.
  11. Train and supervise property staff, including maintenance and janitorial teams.
  12. Communicate effectively with senior management and provide regular updates on property performance.
  13. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth within the portfolio.
  15. Represent CBRE Group in a professional and ethical manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Real Estate, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Real Estate Management Or Property Management.

  • Strong Understanding Of Real Estate Laws, Regulations, And Market Trends.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills For Effectively Working With Clients, Tenants, And Vendors.

  • Proficient In Microsoft Office And Property Management Software.
