- Assist in the management and maintenance of a diverse portfolio of properties.
- Collaborate with experienced professionals to provide excellent service to clients and tenants.
- Serve as a point of contact for tenants, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork, contracts, and agreements are accurately completed and filed.
- Conduct property inspections and make recommendations for necessary repairs or improvements.
- Assist in the preparation of property budgets and financial reports.
- Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs, including scheduling and overseeing contractors.
- Monitor and track property expenses and ensure they are within budget.
- Assist in the negotiation and execution of new leases and lease renewals.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all property-related documents.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to make informed decisions.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and tenants to ensure smooth operation of properties.
- Handle any emergencies or critical situations regarding the properties.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and strategies to attract potential tenants.
- Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and growth within the real estate industry.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Strong Knowledge Of Local And State Real Estate Laws And Regulations.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Property Management Or Real Estate Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In Real Estate, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Proficient In Property Management Software And Microsoft Office Suite.
