- Develop and implement project plans, timelines and budgets for commercial property projects
- Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders including clients, contractors, and internal teams
- Oversee and manage all aspects of project execution, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide progress reports to senior management
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards
- Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of project milestones
- Evaluate project performance and provide recommendations for improvement

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in commercial real estate project management.
Bachelor's Degree In Real Estate, Construction Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Commercial Property Project Management.
Strong Understanding Of Local Zoning And Building Codes.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large And Complex Commercial Property Projects.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Clients, Contractors, And Other Stakeholders.
