- Ensure the safety and security of clients and properties by implementing and enforcing fire safety protocols and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of properties to identify and address any potential fire hazards.
- Train and educate team members and property occupants on fire safety procedures and emergency protocols.
- Collaborate with local fire departments and other emergency response agencies to develop and maintain effective emergency plans.
- Stay up-to-date on all fire safety regulations and codes and ensure compliance within the organization.
- Monitor and maintain fire safety equipment, such as fire alarms, sprinkler systems, and fire extinguishers.
- Conduct regular drills and simulations to test the effectiveness of emergency plans and identify areas for improvement.
- Respond promptly and effectively to any fire-related emergencies.
- Communicate and coordinate with property managers, building owners, and tenants to address any fire safety concerns.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to fire safety measures and emergency response.
- Serve as a point of contact for any fire safety inquiries or concerns from clients, team members, or external parties.
- Conduct investigations and provide reports on any fire incidents or emergencies.
- Collaborate with other members of the safety and security team to ensure overall property safety.
- Continuously evaluate and improve fire safety protocols and procedures.
- Act as a role model for the organization by promoting a culture of safety and emergency preparedness.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Fire Safety, Emergency Response, Or Related Field.
Certified Fire Safety Director (Fsd) Or Fire Officer (Fo) Designation From A Recognized Organization.
Knowledge Of Local And National Fire Codes, Regulations, And Emergency Procedures.
Strong Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Train And Supervise A Team.
Experience In Conducting Fire Drills, Inspections, And Implementing Safety Protocols.
