Job Description

Acts as a resource to participants and internal and external business partners providing them with complete and accurate stock plan administration information. In addition to basic stock plan administration activities, support equity needs for partners in the accounting, payroll, people services and legal departments. Performs routine audits to ensure that all data (grants, lapses, forfeitures, etc.) have been processed timely and correctly. Adheres to all SOX and other established controls, reviewing and updating controls as needed. Reconciles shares related to stock plan transactions on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis with accounting, the transfer agent and brokers, including audit of plan reserve balances. Provides table values, footnotes and other related data to assist in the preparation of required SEC filings including the Proxy. Develop and maintain internal process and procedure documentation for equity administration.

Job Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 to 7 years of related experience.

  • Certified Equity Professional (CEP) preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment especially during peak periods.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
