1. Oversee and manage the food and beverage operations at all CBRE Group properties.
2. Ensure that all food and beverage services are in line with company standards and meet the needs and expectations of clients and customers.
3. Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall quality and profitability of the food and beverage services.
4. Monitor and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through regular communication and feedback.
5. Train, coach, and mentor staff to ensure exceptional service standards and promote a positive work environment.
6. Manage and control food and beverage costs, including inventory, purchasing, and pricing.
7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and execution of events and functions.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and make recommendations for improvements and innovations within the food and beverage services.
9. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
10. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and negotiate contracts to ensure the best quality and prices for food and beverage products.
11. Prepare and present regular reports on food and beverage operations and financial performance.
12. Assist with the planning and execution of special events and promotions to drive revenue and increase customer engagement.
13. Act as a role model and promote a culture of excellence, professionalism, and teamwork within the F&B department.
14. Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues related to food and beverage services.
15. Collaborate with upper management to establish goals and objectives for the F&B department and work towards achieving them.
