- Review and approve invoices and other financial documents for accuracy and completeness.

- Train and mentor team members on financial and contract processes and procedures.
- Communicate with clients and vendors regarding financial and contract-related matters.
- Collaborate with internal departments, such as legal and procurement, to ensure contract compliance.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Participate in meetings and presentations to provide financial and contract updates and insights.
- Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to streamline financial and contract operations.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Finance And Contract Management, Preferably In A Real Estate Or Property Management Setting.
Knowledge Of Financial Analysis, Budgeting, And Forecasting Techniques.
Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Vendors.
Proficiency In Financial Software And Tools, Such As Excel, Sap, And Quickbooks.
