  1. Manage all financial aspects of projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

  3. Develop and maintain accurate and detailed financial records and reports.
  4. Oversee contract management processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  5. Negotiate contract terms and conditions, including pricing, payment terms, and scope of work.
  6. Collaborate with project teams to ensure contracts are executed and delivered on time and within budget.
  7. Review and approve invoices and other financial documents for accuracy and completeness.
  8. Identify potential risks and issues related to contracts and escalate as needed.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in finance and contract management.
  10. Train and mentor team members on financial and contract processes and procedures.
  11. Communicate with clients and vendors regarding financial and contract-related matters.
  12. Collaborate with internal departments, such as legal and procurement, to ensure contract compliance.
  13. Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  14. Participate in meetings and presentations to provide financial and contract updates and insights.
  15. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to streamline financial and contract operations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Finance And Contract Management, Preferably In A Real Estate Or Property Management Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Financial Analysis, Budgeting, And Forecasting Techniques.

  • Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Vendors.

  • Proficiency In Financial Software And Tools, Such As Excel, Sap, And Quickbooks.
