  1. Assist with day-to-day property management duties under the guidance of senior team members.
  2. Learn and apply industry best practices and procedures in property management.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to support decision-making processes.
  4. Assist with property inspections and maintenance projects.
  5. Communicate with tenants and vendors to address any issues or concerns.
  6. Assist with lease administration and tenant relations.
  7. Support the preparation of financial reports and analysis.

  9. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies for improving property performance.
  10. Maintain accurate and organized records of property information.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Property Management Intern, You Will Be Interacting With A Variety Of Stakeholders, Including Tenants, Landlords, And Contractors. Therefore, Excellent Communication Skills Are Essential To Effectively Handle These Interactions.

  • Knowledge Of Property Management Practices: A Basic Understanding Of Property Management Principles, Such As Lease Agreements, Maintenance And Repair, And Budgeting, Is Crucial For This Role. This Knowledge Will Be Further Developed And Applied During Your Internship.

  • Attention To Detail: Property Management Involves Handling A Large Volume Of Paperwork And Data. As An Intern, You Will Need To Be Detail-Oriented To Ensure Accuracy In Tasks Such As Lease Administration And Financial Reporting.
