Job Description

  1. Assist in managing a diverse portfolio of properties under the guidance of experienced professionals.
  2. Learn and understand the processes and procedures of property management.
  3. Conduct property inspections and assist with resolving any issues or maintenance needs.
  4. Interact with tenants, vendors, and contractors to ensure a positive and professional relationship.
  5. Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report generation.
  6. Assist in managing and updating property databases and records.
  7. Participate in team meetings and provide input and ideas for improving property management processes.
  8. Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making and identify potential areas for improvement.
  9. Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  10. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
  11. Attend training and development sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in the real estate industry.
  12. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
  13. Complete tasks and projects within designated timelines and meet performance expectations.
  14. Act as a representative of CBRE Group and uphold the company's values and standards.
