- Develop and implement property management strategies to increase occupancy rates and maximize revenue.
- Oversee and coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and renovations to ensure properties are kept in excellent condition.
- Stay updated on local and state laws and regulations related to real estate, ensuring compliance and mitigating any potential risks.
- Coach, mentor, and develop junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.
- Represent CBRE Group at industry events and networking opportunities to expand the company's presence and generate new business opportunities.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Real Estate, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Property Management Or Real Estate Management
