- Provide administrative support to real estate professionals within the company.
- Ensure smooth functioning of daily operations by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Maintain and organize important documents, contracts, and files related to real estate transactions.
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
- Conduct research and gather market data to assist real estate professionals in making informed decisions.
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and property listings.
- Coordinate property tours and open houses.
- Respond to inquiries and provide information to clients and potential clients.
- Act as a liaison between real estate professionals and other departments within the company.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Proactively identify and suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve department and company goals.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Real Estate Administration Or Property Management.
Knowledge Of Industry-Specific Software And Databases, Such As Yardi Or Costar.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact Professionally With Clients, Vendors, And Team Members.
Strong Organizational Skills And Attention To Detail To Effectively Manage Multiple Tasks And Deadlines In A Fast-Paced Environment.
