  1. Provide administrative support to the real estate services department, including but not limited to scheduling meetings, organizing files, and managing correspondence.
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information, transactions, and contracts.
  3. Coordinate and facilitate communication between clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  4. Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials for client meetings and internal use.
  5. Conduct research and gather data on market trends, properties, and potential clients.
  6. Ensure timely and efficient completion of administrative tasks, such as processing invoices and expenses.
  7. Act as a liaison between clients and the real estate services team, addressing any inquiries or issues in a professional and timely manner.
  8. Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
  9. Collaborate with team members to plan and execute events, such as open houses and networking events.
  10. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity within the department.
  11. Demonstrate a strong understanding of real estate terminology and procedures.
  12. Stay updated on industry news, trends, and regulations to provide accurate and relevant support to the team.
  13. Uphold company standards, policies, and procedures at all times.
  14. Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
  15. Uphold a professional and positive demeanor when representing the company to clients and colleagues.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Real Estate Management Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Real Estate Services, Property Management, Or Related Industry

  • Strong Knowledge Of Property Management Principles And Practices

  • Proficient In Microsoft Office And Property Management Software Systems, Such As Yardi Or Mri.
