  1. Develop and implement innovative and practical occupancy plans for clients in accordance with their specific needs and requirements.
  2. Analyze and optimize space utilization to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and addressing client needs and expectations.
  4. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather and analyze data, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  5. Utilize industry knowledge and best practices to create effective workplace solutions.
  6. Conduct site visits and space audits to gather accurate data and assess potential challenges.
  7. Create and maintain detailed occupancy plans, including floor plans, seating charts, and move schedules.
  8. Communicate with stakeholders to present occupancy plans and gather feedback for revisions.
  9. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in space planning and design.
  11. Train and mentor junior occupancy planners to support their professional development.
  12. Collaborate with vendors and contractors to coordinate and oversee physical changes in the workplace.
  13. Monitor and report on occupancy metrics, such as space utilization and occupancy costs.
  14. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  15. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Occupancy Planning Or Related Field.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Architecture, Interior Design, Or Related Field.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Building Codes, Space Planning Principles, And Workplace Standards.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Proficient In Autocad, Revit, And Other Space Planning Software.
