  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to manage and execute complex real estate transactions for clients.
  2. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
  3. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities for clients.
  4. Create and maintain detailed financial models and projections to support transaction decisions.
  5. Negotiate with buyers, sellers, and other parties involved in the transaction to secure the best possible terms for clients.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of transactions.
  7. Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry developments to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
  8. Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
  9. Represent the company in a professional manner at industry events and networking opportunities.
  10. Strive to continuously improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness in transaction management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or Real Estate. A Strong Educational Background In A Relevant Field Provides A Foundation For Understanding Complex Financial Transactions And The Real Estate Market.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Commercial Real Estate Transaction Management. Senior Transaction Managers Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Real Estate Transactions, Negotiating Deals, And Providing Strategic Guidance To Clients.

  • Strong Financial And Analytical Skills. Senior Transaction Managers Need To Have A Deep Understanding Of Financial Analysis, Including Cash Flow Analysis, Discounted Cash Flow Models, And Financial Forecasting. They Should Also Be Proficient In Microsoft Excel And Other Financial Modeling Tools.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills. The Ability To Effectively Communicate And Negotiate With Clients, Stakeholders, And Other Parties Involved In A Transaction Is Crucial For A Senior Transaction Manager. This Includes Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills, As Well As The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships.

  • Professional Certifications And Designations. While Not Always Required, Certifications Such As A Certified Commercial Investment Member (Ccim) Or A Certified Property Manager (Cpm) Can Set A Senior Transaction Manager Apart From Other Candidates And Demonstrate A High Level Of Expertise And Knowledge In The Field.
