Job Description

Acting as a trusted advisor to the business on all recruitment related matters. Partnering with hiring managers and leaders to develop a hiring strategy with an emphasis on inclusive hiring practices.Taking thorough job briefs and developing the attraction and sourcing strategy to identify and generate applicants. Developing deep relationships with the business understanding their talent needs and business objectives. Screening and qualifying candidates. Developing a knowledge within specialist areas across corporate real estate, property and adjacent industries. Being a champion of the brand and diversity, equity and inclusion practises.Providing timely and effective end-to-end recruitment service whilst engaging key stakeholders throughout the recruitment journey. Innovate in order to improve efficiency and effectiveness of our platforms & processes.

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience life-cycle recruiting for a variety of job classifications in either agency or corporate setting

  • Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems & recruitment databases, sourcing tools such as Linkedin and Indeed

  • Avature experience will be viewed highly

  • Self-motivated with the willingness and ability to work independently and a team environment
