  1. Manage and coordinate real estate transactions for clients.
  2. Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail throughout the transaction process.
  3. Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and third parties involved in the transaction.
  4. Understand and stay up-to-date on the ever-changing real estate industry.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  6. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction process.
  7. Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the transaction process.
  8. Utilize real estate software and tools to complete necessary tasks and maintain accurate records.
  9. Keep track of deadlines and ensure all necessary documents and paperwork are completed in a timely manner.
  10. Continuously seek ways to improve and streamline the transaction process.
  11. Uphold the values and standards of CBRE Group in all interactions and transactions.
  12. Attend industry events and networking opportunities to stay connected and informed.
  13. Support and assist other team members as needed.
  14. Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in the real estate industry.
  15. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Real Estate, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Transaction Coordination Or Real Estate Administration.

  • Strong Understanding Of Real Estate Transactions And Contracts.

  • Excellent Organizational Skills And Attention To Detail.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Real Estate Transaction Management Software.
