  1. Maintain and operate building systems and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

  3. Troubleshoot and resolve any mechanical, electrical, or plumbing problems that may arise.
  4. Monitor building systems and respond to alarms or emergencies in a timely and effective manner.

  10. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of necessary equipment and supplies.
  11. Comply with all company policies and procedures.
  12. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications

  • Experience With Heavy Equipment Operation: Candidates For A Union Operating Engineer Job At Cbre Group Should Have A Strong Background In Operating Heavy Equipment Such As Cranes, Bulldozers, And Excavators. This Experience Should Include The Ability To Safely And Efficiently Operate These Machines In A Variety Of Settings, Such As Construction Sites And Industrial Facilities.
