Collaboration Solutions Advisor

We are seeking an experienced Collaboration Solutions Advisor to join the team at CDW. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping customers find solutions that meet their needs, while helping to drive customer success through the delivery of our suite of collaboration solutions. The Collaboration Solutions Advisor will have extensive knowledge of the collaboration solutions landscape, and a proven track record of success in developing customer relationships and delivering effective solutions.To be successful in this role, you must have:• At least 5 years of experience in a sales or technical role in the collaboration solutions space• Proven experience in developing and growing customer relationships• A deep understanding of the collaboration solutions landscape, including products, services, and trends• A knowledge of the competitive marketplace to be able to differentiate CDW’s offerings• An ability to effectively articulate solutions to customers• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment• Excellent communication and customer service skillsIf you have the knowledge and experience to be successful in this role, and are looking for an opportunity to help customers find the collaboration solutions they need to reach their goals, we want to hear from you.
