Responsibilities: •Respond to customer inquiries and requests with technical support and customer service, using Google products •Provide exceptional customer service to customers seeking assistance with Google products •Troubleshoot technical issues with Google products •Train customers on the use of Google products •Identify customer needs and recommend solutions •Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction •Stay up to date on Google product updates and changes •Collaborate with team members to ensure customer success •Provide feedback and recommendations to management on customer service practices and processes •Maintain customer records and document customer interactions
