Service Contract Negotiator

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Service Contract Negotiator to join the team at CDW. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract negotiation, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This individual will be an integral part of the team, working to optimize business outcomes through negotiating and managing service agreements. The successful candidate should be able to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.Required qualifications include:• 5+ years experience in contract negotiation• An understanding of service agreements and contracts• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Strong interpersonal skills• The ability to work independently with minimal oversight• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel

Responsibilities:

• Negotiate and manage service agreements with internal and external stakeholders • Analyze and evaluate contract terms to optimize business outcomes • Develop strong and effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of service contracts and agreements • Draft and revise service contracts in accordance with company policies • Ensure that contract terms are adhered to and that all parties are in compliance • Monitor and report on the progress of service contract negotiations • Communicate effectively with all involved parties to ensure efficient and successful negotiations • Maintain records and reports of all service agreements and contracts • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, to organize and manage contracts and agreements
