Job Description

The Assistant Planner supports the merchandising process by managing, maintaining and allocating inventory levels to ensure stock is directed to the stores at the right volumes and times to optimize profitability. Responsible for optimizing Store level inventories. Communicate assortment and planning opportunities to buyer(s) and planners(s). Accountable for initial allocations as well as subsequent fill ins. Responsibility for weekly allocation flow planning tool including updates, review and publication. Conducts store level analysis on the performance of Size, Color, Brand, and choice count. Responsible for replenishment allocation (DC to Store).
