
Manager, Talent Acquisition
As a Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition you will align with segments of the business to deliver talent for key pipelines such as consultants, IT, operational and functional jobs. Also, under your leadership, University Partnerships and approach for development of early career and high-volume talent acquisition strategies. Additional managerial responsibilities include, delegating the work in a dynamic and fluid environment, providing clear expectations and follow up to ensure progress and overcome roadblocks; identify associates and team priorities based on business direction and adjust when needed; and lead by example and share knowledge and experiences with associates and team. You will develop a deep understanding of the core business you and your teams support so that you can successfully execute talent acquisition strategies by identifying a variety of sourcing mechanisms, building a diverse network of candidate and partnerships.
At least 10 years total combined related work experience
At least 2 years of Talent Acquisition experience
At least 1 year of University Relationship Management
At least 3 years of people management, matrix management or other indirect leadership work experience
