  1. Design and develop data integration solutions for business intelligence initiatives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  3. Build and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure efficient and accurate data flow.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with data integration, ensuring data quality and integrity.
  5. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in BI and ETL technologies.
  6. Develop and maintain documentation for all ETL processes and data integration solutions.
  7. Work closely with the data warehouse team to ensure seamless integration of data from various sources.
  8. Conduct performance tuning and optimization of ETL processes for improved efficiency and scalability.
  9. Proactively identify and suggest solutions for any potential data-related problems or issues.
  10. Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve and enhance data integration processes.
  11. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.
  12. Train and mentor junior team members on ETL development best practices.
  13. Adhere to data security and privacy protocols to ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information.
  14. Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance data-driven decision making within the organization.

Job Qualifications

  • Proficiency In Etl Tools And Technologies: A Bi Etl Developer At Charter Communications Should Have A Strong Understanding And Hands-On Experience With Etl Tools Such As Informatica, Talend, Or Ibm Datastage. They Should Also Have A Good Understanding Of Etl Processes And Data Warehousing Concepts.

  • Strong Sql And Database Skills: The Ability To Write Complex Sql Queries And Perform Data Manipulation And Analysis Is Crucial For A Bi Etl Developer Role. They Should Also Have Experience Working With Databases Such As Oracle, Sql Server, Or Teradata.

  • Familiarity With Bi Tools And Reporting: A Bi Etl Developer Should Be Well-Versed In Business Intelligence Tools Such As Tableau, Power Bi, Or Microstrategy. They Should Also Have Experience Developing Reports And Dashboards For Business Users.

  • Data Modeling And Data Architecture Knowledge: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Good Understanding Of Data Modeling Principles And Data Architecture. They Should Be Able To Design And Develop Data Models That Meet The Business Requirements And Support Data Integration And Reporting Needs.
