Job Description

Charter Communications is looking for an enthusiastic and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, an eye for detail, and excellent communication skills. In this role, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience by addressing customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and providing product and service information.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of one year of customer service experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You must also be a team player with an upbeat attitude and strong interpersonal skills. Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner, providing accurate and helpful information.
  2. Resolve customer issues in an efficient and effective manner.
  3. Remain updated on product and service offerings to provide customers with accurate and helpful information.
  4. Input customer information into the company’s database.
  5. Maintain a positive attitude and be a team player.
  6. Establish and maintain a professional relationship with customers.
  7. Follow company policies and procedures related to customer service.
  8. Provide feedback to management on customer service issues and suggestions for improvement.
  9. Track and document customer service inquiries and resolutions.
  10. Remain up-to-date on industry trends and changes.
