Charter Communications is looking for a motivated and dedicated Customer Support Technical Representative to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a customer service professional with a passion for problem-solving and a commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience. The Customer Support Technical Representative will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, helping customers navigate our products and services, and providing helpful advice and solutions to customers.The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, as well as a strong technical background and experience in customer service. A demonstrated ability to take initiative and think critically in order to solve customer-related issues is essential. A good working knowledge of Charter Communications products and services, as well as an understanding of customer service best practices, is also required.The ideal candidate should be patient and detail-oriented, with a genuine desire to help customers. Positive energy, enthusiasm, and a commitment to providing the highest standard of customer service are essential.
