Job Description

Charter Communications is looking for an Enterprise Technical Support specialist to join our team of professionals. As a key member of our Enterprise Technical Support team, you will provide technical solutions to our enterprise customers and partners. Our ideal candidate has a technical background, excellent customer service skills, and a drive to succeed. Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field• At least 3 years of experience in customer service support• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues• Previous experience with network, server, and other enterprise technologies • Working knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems• Superb communication, problem solving, and customer service skills• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision• Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidaysIf you are an experienced customer service professional with an aptitude for problem solving and a passion for helping customers succeed, we want to hear from you.
