We at Charter Communications are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Enterprise Technical Support professional. The successful candidate will work closely with the Enterprise Technical Support team and internal stakeholders to provide top-notch technical support to our customers. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent problem-solving skills, a customer-centric approach, and a comprehensive knowledge of Charter’s products and services. A passion for technology and a drive to provide outstanding customer service is also necessary.We’re looking for someone who is able to think on their feet and is always looking for ways to improve the customer experience. If you’re self-motivated, a great communicator, and have the technical knowledge necessary to provide outstanding support, then you’ll fit in perfectly with our team.Required Qualifications:• High School Diploma or equivalent• 5+ years of experience in technical support• Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service skills• Good working knowledge of Charter’s products and services• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks• Experience with Windows and Mac OS• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
