
Field Technician
At Charter Communications, we are looking for an experienced, customer-focused Field Technician to join our team. As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing complex technical problems related to Charter's products and services. You will also be tasked with providing excellent customer service to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their experience.The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have strong problem-solving skills and a passion for technology. You should also have a valid driver’s license, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
