Field Technician

We are looking for an experienced, high-energy Field Technician to join our Charter Communications team. The ideal candidate must be able to provide exceptional customer service while working in the field to install, maintain, and troubleshoot Charter products and services. The successful Field Technician will have an eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for technology. We are seeking a self-motivated professional with a commitment to excellence who will take initiative to expand their knowledge and abilities. The successful candidate must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Previous experience in a similar role with a cable or telecommunications company is preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and troubleshooting skills are a must. The successful Field Technician should also be able to lift up to 75 lbs and work in a variety of weather conditions.
