
Field Technician
Charter Communications is looking for an experienced Field Technician to join our team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer service and has the technical and problem-solving experience necessary to provide the highest level of service to our valued customers. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude and the drive to go above and beyond expectations.This position requires a minimum of two years of experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field. Familiarity with the Charter Communications product suite and their associated technologies is strongly preferred. The successful candidate will also have a valid driver’s license and the ability to safely lift and transport equipment up to 50 lbs. Above all, we are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has the interpersonal skills necessary to develop positive relationships with customers.
Responsibilities: • Provide exceptional customer service to Charter Communications customers • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with customer’s equipment • Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor while interacting with customers • Install and configure Charter Communications products in accordance with company guidelines • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and accurate resolution of technical issues • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service work • Utilize customer service tools and databases to identify and address customer needs • Travel to customer locations as needed and work in various environmental conditions • Safely lift and transport equipment up to 50 lbs.
