
Field Technician
Charter Communications is seeking an experienced, customer-focused Field Technician to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service to Charter Communications customers.
- Diagnose customer issues and troubleshoot technical problems.
- Install, maintain, and repair network equipment and systems.
- Monitor network performance and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Document and report customer issues to higher-level technicians.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to customer service.
- Demonstrate a commitment to excellence in customer service.
- Remain up-to-date on new technologies and advancements in the field.
